Affiliate Marketing For A Living

People trip out whenever I tell them what I do for a living. "You do what...make money on the internet selling all types of propducts and services?!?" I don't own any factories so where do I get the stuff to sell from? My house isn't cluttered with boxes of inventory nor do I own any shipping trucks. And speaking of shipping, how do I get these so-called products to the people?

The answer is: Affiliate Marketing

There is an infinitude of companies -from the majors such as Walmart to little unknown companies- who give me a percentage of every sale I refer. The best part is that they physically ship the items to the customer. All I have to do is figure out a way to present their best offers to as many people as possible. The internet just happens to contain the perfect venue for finding millions of potential customers who are looking for the exact types of offers I choose to promote. Simple.

But where does one go to find companies willing to pay commissions for bringing in new customers?

You goto the affiliate networks or CPA networks. CPA basically means you'll get a commission based per a certain action the user performs. For example: whenever someone clicks on a certain link, fills out a form,or makes a purchase. Different companies have different incentives so choose what's best for you. And there are more than a few affiliate networks each having having hundreds of different payment incentives. Some of these networks are Commission Junction, Linkshare, Low Stress Income, Clickbank, and the list goes on and on.

My favorite ones are the Pepperjam network and the As Seen On TV network. Their commission payouts are excellent and they give affiliate marketers a wide variety of promotional tools to use such as text ads, banners of all sizes, different product images, sample email messages, and more.

The As Seen On TV network comtains many of the popular items you see on television informercials and their landing pages are the absolute best...clicking on a site within their network seems to hypnotically command a person to buy something. Pepperjam is the new one that allows ads to be customized in such a way that viewers will never realize an affiliate is involved. Plus, Pepperjam pays a flat fee of $5 for every person you get to sign up for an affiliate membership of their own. Let me put this another way: if you're a member of Pepperjam and you know others who're interested in affiliate marketing, refer them to sign up for FREE and you'll get $7. So sign up say 500 people -which is easy using the internet- and that's a quick grand+plus!

Keep in mind nearly all affiliate programs are completely FREE to join. You only need a little funds to advertise the offers and of course, some of the best online advertising systems are located at MarketSecrets dot biz in the right sidebar under "Traffic Tools".
