Choosing the best web hostingPicking up the best web hosting should not be a painful chore, it's all up to the kind of internet site you're going to host.
When I first started to establish internet sites I was trusting more on the cost of the web hosting than its quality, therefore I wrote these 3 tips to make you choose a web hosting that won't upset you later on.
How to choose a web host - #1 - Customer Support
It's good to know how they treat their clients, how long do they usually take to answer to a doubt from you, if they have an on-line chat service which can serve you, sane your questions instantly, because we all know how frustrating it is to have a trouble and having to hold on until the next morning so we can solve this!
There are a bunch of hosting companies that also supplies you with a Toll Free phone number which can be really handful when they don't respond your messages and/or the chat is full and you're #50 on the line to talk to their staff.
Choosing a web host - #2 - Liability
You don't have to choose a web host like you choose a shirt, they are not all alike, therefore what you must do in order to choose a web hosting company which is honest and haven't had many criticism from old customers, it happens a lot when the sites get offline in reason of a rise on its traffic, when it happens your website go offline and you have to call your web hosting provider to order them fix this for you, but what if it is an commercial website and every minute your site is offline you're losing clients?
Look for a host with an uptime guarantee of a 99.9%. No hosting company can guarantee 100% uptime. Beware of anyone who does, they are lying.
Choosing a web host - #3 - Important Stuff
Exist 3 things that it's dominant when choosing a web hosting extras:
Databases: Unlimited Databases, if they don't provide it, I just try another one.
Bandwidth: If your web hosting offers a dull quantity of bandwidth, prepare to get in trouble, once the traffic increases and saying your bandwidth is solely 1000 Mb, your website will be unavailable, and you won't realize it, because they don't tell you when your website is offline because of Exceeded Bandwidth. And you'll have to spend more for additive bandwidth. So think about it before you choose a web hosting that is "cheap", in the long run, you'll have to spend more anyway.
Disk Space: Unlimited too, it's certain that we will not use all the space, but you may need it, I'd rather choosing a hosting service with lots of disk space than preferring one that is limited.
Do they offer support to wordpress?
Do they have an easy site builder system if you don't know any programming or anything about making websites? Most do these days.

Modern-Day Anxieties in T. S. Eliot’s “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock”Feb 12, 2010 - 7:37:11 AM "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock" is one of those poems that can seem horribly sad one day, and incredibly absurd the next. Written by T. S. Eliot and published in 1915, it addresses the themes of isolation, industrialized cities, and great unease with the world. You might have encountered this in a unit on poetry, and like many students, you might not have been impressed by its long-windedness. For all its over-the-top wallowing around, though, there is a lot in the poem that speaks to anxieties we have today.... [Read the full story] |
Brushing Up on Characters and Symbolism in Shakespeare’s HamletFeb 12, 2010 - 7:33:44 AM Shakespeare’s Hamlet has so thoroughly been woven into Western culture that you probably can’t go a week without hearing an allusion to it, whether or not you realize it. “To be or not to be,” on its own, has been the butt of enough jokes to last a couple of centuries. This is one of Shakespeare’s tragedies, so it’s unsurprising that a lot of what people remember has something to do with mortality. Let’s take a look at some of the most famous bits and pieces of Hamlet, and see what about them you might have forgotten.... [Read the full story] |
To Kill a Mockingbird’s Atticus Finch: Not Just Wise, but Complicated, TooFeb 12, 2010 - 7:32:04 AM He’s a model attorney, an excellent father, and (at least as played by Gregory Peck in the 1962 movie version) dashingly handsome – is there anything Atticus Finch of To Kill a Mockingbird can’t do? If he were around today, he’d probably have solved global warming by now. Okay, maybe that’s going too far…... [Read the full story] |
The Great Depression and the Great Recession: Thinking Back to Franklin D. Roosevelt.Feb 12, 2010 - 7:27:17 AM The Great Recession is upon us, and while the situation seems to be slightly improving (fingers crossed), it’s the perfect time to take a look back at the Great Depression, that pivotal time in US history. People losing their jobs left and right, giant companies folding – now that doesn’t sound familiar at all, does it?... [Read the full story] |
