Who doesn’t want to keep his or her brain sharp? But for doing so, one needs to keep brain absolutely fit by exercising it regularly. How one can exercise their brain? Scientists believe that exercising your brain can create a 'cognitive reserve' that will help you stay as sharp of you age. Remembering and repeating a group of words or numbers, Sudoku, crossword puzzled and math exercises are just a few examples of keeping your brain sharp and alert. There are many other ways to do it but nothing like math worksheets

Math worksheets can be solved online or can be downloaded on laptops or iPads. There are printable too. Printable worksheets are of great help for the school children in particular.
