Try swimming, walking or any other psychical activity that interests you. The more you practice, the more you affect on slowing down the aging. Also, eating healthy food, including plenty of vegetables, fruits and whole grains, can slow the showing signs of aging. The bones, joins and muscles The bones are at greatest density between the ages of 25 to 35. As we age, our bones tend to lose in size. So, you might become a little shorter. They lose in density, too. That makes them weaker and more exposed to fractures. Muscles gradually lose flexibility and strength. So, you may have balancing or coordination troubles. What to do: Include plenty of vitamin D and calcium in your daily meals. Make an effort to build bone density using weight-bearing activity, such as walking. It’s good having exercise at least twice a week. This leads to increasing the bone density and reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Building stronger muscles will protect your joints from injury. Also, it helps you keep up the needed balance and flexibility. The memory As we age we become more forgetful. We tend to have more and more difficulties when trying to recall information. For instance, you can not remember where the car keys are or why you enter in the kitchen. This is happening due to the loss of neurons in the brain. What to do: As any other part of your body, the brain needs exercise. You can exercise your brain by using it in different ways. How? Well, if you work with numbers all day long, find activity that will develop your creative side. Or, if you like solving crosswords make a change in your daily habits and start playing hidden objects games . These games are really popular for practicing memorization.
