Trivial Pursuit has always been a game that exercises the brain and over the years there have been different editions all varying in difficulty. EA has brought the famous board game to the Wii and it aims to introduce youngsters to the hugely popular game. The questions are up-to-date and therefore the older generation won't win outright because of their knowledge of the past.
There are three game modes. Classic mode follows the traditional rules with a few tweaks, Clear the Board mode is a single player mode and Facts and Friends mode aims to spice up the traditional game with a bit of tomfoolery that involves betting that your opponent gets the question wrong.
Adults will feel nostalgic about the days of sitting round a table with real cards and booze, but children will find the new format more enjoyable. It's a great game for kids and it will hold parents' attention if only for a while.
