In eighteen ninety after all the purchasing and exchange of ownership in the years in between, Alamo Heights Land and Improvement officially owned the area, and thus started the residential development and materialization of San Antonio real estate .

Soon Terrell Heights saw its birth in nineteen twenties, just around the same time when San Antonio and Alamo Heights travel time was shortened, because of the continued development in the area. Thus, Terrell Hills homes for sale became recognized, and several couples and interested buyers inquired about it.

Since San Antonio was a constant destination for fun and for families to spend their weekends and free time at, San Pedro Park was created, thus producing, yet again, another place for people from nearby areas to come to. It is now a popular recreational, leisure and entertaining place that is frequented by the whole family, students who get together and several working class heroes who take time to relieve stress from work. Where can you find a place that has the feeling of security, suburb peacefulness and a place for enthusiasm, pleasure and recreation, all rolled into one?
