It isn't just another online fad, like some anti-aging products out there. Resveratrol been featured on 60 Minutes, ABC News with Barbara Walters, and MSNBC among other media sources because of the proven discovery that it slow downs the aging process. Beyond that, it is great for the heart and for the prevention of conditions such as diabetes and cancer.
Red Wine and Heart Disease Prevention
Studies investigating the benefits of red wine suggest that moderate amounts can lower the risk of heart attack by 30 to 50 percent. It is also suggests that red wine may prevent additional heart attacks if you have already suffered from one.
What Red Wine Cannot Do
While red wine is a source for extracting resveratrol, drinking red wine is not the best way to reap the full benefits. A four and a half ounce glass of wine contains usually contains just over 1 mg of resveratrol. According to Doctor Sinclair, you would have to drink 1,000 bottles of red wine to get anti-aging benefits.
Most supplements contain about 150-300 mg of resveratrol per capsule. These are the only products available that can actually slow down the aging process.
Dangerous Environmental Toxins
Environmental toxins are chemicals and other materials created largely by greedy corporations that pollute. These chemicals have saturated the food we eat, our water supply and the very air. You can't see, feel, or smell many of these dangerous toxins so people donÕt release that their health is at risk. The affects are hard to measure until someone develops a chronic disease after years of exposure.
Build Your Defense
A good resveratrol supplement gives you the power to fight back against the youth-stealing toxins you are exposed to daily. The antioxidants activates your bodyÕs own longevity gene while reducing the aging effects caused by free radicals.
While it is not possible to produce a pill that stops the aging process completely, clinical trials have shown that life spans can be dramatically increased, up to or even more than 50%, just by taking an average dose of resveratrol each day.
Research is ongoing, but scientists and doctors have come to an important conclusion. We now know that rez v supplements have a greater promise to extend life than any other anti-aging products out there.
Compare Anti-Aging Products Before You Buy
Be sure to read product reviews before you order a supplement. Not all of the products on the market are of suitable quality to slow down aging properly. DonÕt get ripped off! Many on the market use cheap ingredients and donÕt live up to their claims.
