Everybody is guilty of overeating at one point in their lives. We all have faulty eating habits that lead us to lose track of the amount of food we eat. Some people are guilty of gulping food down so fast that they don't even notice that they're eating a big serving of food. Some just keep popping food into their mouth while they watch TV or catch a movie in the cinema. There are ways to avoid overeating, here are some simple tips:
