Employment- it means the work for which a person get pays and that can be according to the hours, days, month etc. For it there should be at-least two parties in which one would be the employee and the other would be employer.

Employment- it means the work for which a person get pays and that can be according to the hours, days, month etc. For it there should be at-least two parties in which one would be the employee and the other would be employer. Employee is the person which gives his services and gets pays for that in return and the employer is the person who takes those services and pays for that in return. The employer has full control over  the employee. This can be ended by the employer at any time and that too without any reason. Different forms of employment in Australia are present based on different criteria.
 There are different types of it some of which are given below:-
*Full time
*Part time
*casual
*Fixed termed
*Self

In full time,  an employee has to work for the specified hours told by the employer and in it he is aspect-ed to work for the whole week otherwise the salary would be deducted. In part time an employee has to work less than the full time job.  Mostly in this type  students are involved who are having some courses  in their syllabus instead of the full burden of the semester. Many online part time jobs are available on various sites. By this type people can learn a lot which helps them in the coming time.   In casual time,  the employees are not restricted by the  employer and can work for the hours they wanted to do. They can also leave the work whenever they want. In fixed  time,  the employees are  hired for a fixed time and an agreement is settled between them that the work would be for the fixed term only. These types of employment are needed when some permanent employees  have to take leaves etc. In self employed a person has its own business.

Employment is one of the main problems of the today's youth.  As they have degrees but not work to do. Also we can say that they don't have the work according to their qualifications. It is needed that there should be equality in providing  employment to the people as it is not going so. It is because the  people who are rich enough buys the jobs like other products in the market. Due to this  chances for jobs are decreasing  for the eligible candidates. And due to this a lot of people are affected.  It should be provided in equality and according to the performance of the candidates. It would be wrong to said that employment is not available for the people because newspaper, magazines, news etc. are the proof that it is there but proper way to hire the people for these vacancies are not followed. Every week thousands of vacancies can be find in the employment papers etc. Thus to make proper use of these vacancies  proper planning should be made so that people can easily get work and  they should not have to think that employment is just for the people who can pay for this.

But there are lot of opportunities to get employment in Australia. In various fields you can get experience and if you are experienced then you can get employment in Australia on the basis of your experience.
