Emails are by far, the most used medium of communication, from employers to their employees; housewives to husbands working in another area; from students to university professors; homeowner’s association to different households in the subdivision. Basically, just about anyone who has an email address.


In line with this, companies who wish to have their targeted audience learn about them, would use email marketing software that would do just the job.


UK email marketing not only creates the appropriate email to be sent out to these prospective customers. Because bulk email marketing is done, you don’t waste time and effort in creating several emails to be sent to these customers.


The important thing that you need to consider when sending these emails is the limited time that your prospective clients have in reading. So make certain you follow the tips in writing a marketing email that will be read by your customers, and see results.


First rule, ‘k.i.s.s’, simply put, keep it short and simple. Get to the point, and let them know what you offer. Too many words will confuse, and one wouldn’t really want to spend more than two or three minutes reading an email from a company that they have no idea about. If you can put in pictures, this would be acceptable but use a format that would easily load in the person’s email software or account. Introduce your company and always provide a contact number that is readily available, should your potential customer try to get in touch with you.
