Koszeg, Hungary, 29 December 2010 - Netsteps Systems has issued new program - Record and watch using motion sensor.
This product has web interface with the same appearance and controls on the local and remote computers.
Users see MPEG-4 coded video and have complete management of the program through net that surveillance server can be operated without screen, keyboard, and mouse attached.
The program has pre-alarm and post-event recording.
Playing back recorded picture is quite easy and does on the security pc as well as on distant station through Internet interface.
Software`s modular configuration significantly increases reliability because all modules proceed as autonomous software.
If one module fails, other components keep on working.
For instance if the `capture` module fails, `watchdog` restarts it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching video through a `playback` part.
The program makes `repeated` recording that the `disk full` issue never appears.
The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by movement, human face detection, or by calendar.
