Every office functions on numerous
machines including computers, calculators, printers etc. Almost
anything is possible to be done through these machines and keep every
employee ahead in his task. Amidst all the work that goes on in an
office there is a need for reminders so that people remember what
task they have to perform. There are many ways in which the reminders
can be implemented and one of the oldest and most used are the post
its.
Post its are small paper pieces that
have adhesive on one side because of which these can be stuck on
surfaces. Glass, wood or boards these can be put up anywhere. These
are available in wide range of colours and sizes and mostly catchy so
that they can be spotted easily. A cell phone or computer reminder
can be seen and forgotten but the advantage of post its is these will
remain still where ever stuck. Important meeting to attend or an
important call to make to a client, all can be jotted down on post
its and stuck at the desk. The advantage of post its is these are
small and handy and can be removed from the surfaces easily. No mess
and no fuss, simply scribble or write on these notes and they will
serve the purpose. No need to search for the glue sticks or paper
pins to keep them intact on the surfaces.
When working in the office, people do
not have the time to search for their mobiles or enter a note about
the task they need to do in their computer. Instead they prefer
noting it down themselves and what better way than post its to do so.
Paper sheets and pieces usually get misplaced and so do the important
things noted on them, this does not happen in case of post its as
they can be stuck anywhere around. Stick them on the monitor screen

miss out the important things.
