Year after year, millions of tourists visit Orlando, Florida for their annual vacation. Many of whom decide to stay in traditional accommodation such as hotels or motels. With the current financial climate, many people are looking to find more cost effective ways to take their annual holiday and so turn to luxury holiday villas. The choice of your holiday villa comes down to personal preference. Many villas are personally decorated to the taste of the owner as it is not uncommon for the owners to make use of them for large parts of the year.
When you mention Florida or Orlando, you instantly think of Disney World. For ease of booking many people usually stay in a Disney Hotel that comes part of a package holiday. These may be fine if you have a small family or group, but there are many Holiday Villas near to Disney World that can accommodate up to 10 people.
When you book a holiday villa near to Disneyworld you only pay for the Villa – not per person. This means that when in a large group, if you split the cost between you there are considerable savings to be made.
If you are a looking at staying in a holiday villa I would recommend that you look into getting a hire car. This means that you can explore so much more of Florida than you would be able to do if just staying in a Disney World hotel. There is much more to Florida to Disney.
Many holiday Villas are based on small ‘estates’ or communities. These communities are safe and enable your small children to meet and socialise with people their own age. Public or private pools are often provided, along with games rooms and localised activities.
Holiday Villas offer so much more in terms of flexibility. You can dine when you want; they have their own T.V and DVD facilities, many have their own Pool and Spa area and some may even have wireless Internet. – it’s like living in your own luxury home!

Important questions to ask when renting one of the many Disney villas, Orlando villas or Florida vacation rentals that are availableMar 16, 2010 - 8:09:37 AM Make sure that the cost you are being quoted for the vacation villa is the all inclusive price. All good tour operators and private homeowners will make the total cost very clear, but if you are unsure, it is always best to ask. Honest homeowners will not mind you asking at all.
