Here are places you should consider visiting on your next trip the big city, once you secure your Car Rental in Los Angeles:

1. The Hollywood Sign: Though in reality it is just a sign – it is still a very meaningful one. The Hollywood sign is recognized internationally because of how popularized it has become over the last couple of years.  And though you have probably seen the infamous sign countless times in movies, music videos and television shows… there is something different about seeing the sign up close.

2. Griffith Park:  If you’re heading to Mt. Lee to see the Hollywood sign, you should consider checking out the other Griffith Park attractions, like the Los Angeles Zoo or the Greek Theater.  Griffith Park itself is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

3. The beach:  What is a trip to California without stopping at the beach?  Not a very complete one!  But, most beaches are at least ten miles outside of the city, which can be problematic with a means of transportation. And since cabs can be pretty pricey, you might have to skip being a beach bum if you don’t rent a car. And you certainly won’t want to miss fun in the sun because you’re relying on public transportation. Play it safe and secure yourself some sun rays byLAX car Rentals.

4.Sporting events: If you’re into sports, Los Angeles is an exciting place to visit. You’ve got your choice between sporting events, including:

Los Angeles Kings at the Staples Center

5. Amusement parks. If roller coasters are your thing, then get excited for your trip to the LA area! There is no shortage of loops, bumps or drops in Los Angeles, with Disneyland, California Adventure, Universal Studios, Six Flags and Knott’s Berry Farm within driving distance – with the keyword being “driving.”  You’ll need a car to get to these exciting destinations.  So, if thrills, hills and shrills are your cup of tea – head to the rides in your rental!

6. Television studios. If you are an avid TV-watcher, you may want to check out a live taping of one of your favorite shows! If you plan your trip to LA in advance, some shows allow you to reserve tickets to a taping rather early – so do your research.  Once you have a ticket, you will still need to wait in line for a few hours to secure a great seat.  If you plan to stay on the outskirts of town, getting your Car Rental in Los Angelesfirst will be essential in making it to your taping on time!

7. Museums. There are a number of museums you can visit in the LA area once you’ve rented a car. You may even have a difficult time choosing which museum to visit with all the options available in Los Angeles.  If you’re venturing to Hollywood you can check out the Hollywood Bowl Museum, the Grammy Museum or the Hollywood Museum.  If you’re on the Westside, you could check out the Getty Museum or Skirball Cultural Center. There are just so many choices! But if you’ve rented a car, you can plan on visiting a number of the museums in the area without having to rely on public transportation.
