Whole Foods and Health Drinks Online are better than Products in a Common Health Food Store - An online health food store is the perfect place to find whole foods and health drinks that are too good to be sold in the big health food store at the mall.
Whole Foods and Health Drinks Online are better than Products in a Common Health Food Store

Being an online health food store owner, I am continuously searching for the ideal whole foods and health drinks. During the post holiday shopping season I decided it was safe to make a trip to the mall. Finding a parking space was easy, right in front of the biggest health food store in the Universe. I won't mention any names, but you could say that many of the "health drinks” and supplements they highlight are not very "high" in real nutrition.
With some time to spare while my wife shopped in the mall, I began contrasting ingredient labels with those at our online health food store to see what was really in all those flashy looking protein blasters and so-called health drinks. Perhaps this journey to the gargantuan health food chain will help you pass up some of the ingredients that are anything but healthy in many of their products. Then, you will begin to see why an online health food store can be a better option for acquiring the best whole foods and health drinks.
A smart online health food store won't carry them, but this big health food store at the mall really loves to advertise those enhanced vitamin waters. The brightly colored bottles were everywhere, attracting customers with flashy colors, bargain prices, and the desire for a health drink that really tastes good. Unfortunately, the healthy benefits are just not real.
To begin with, the crystalline fructose (concentrated sugar) content in this particular vitamin water generated an unpleasant taste right away and the inescapable feeling that this was not healthy. Oh, and if your body could really use the isolated, laboratory produced vitamins in this water, the cost might be worth it. Sadly, though, isolated vitamins that are not associated with whole foods often break down before the body can use them for fuel. During my adventure to this health food store I could easily see there were no whole foods in those brightly colored bottles of enhanced vitamin water.
Here are some other ingredients I saw on the labels that I steer clear of when advertising whole foods and health drinks for our online health food store: excess sugars, artificial sweetener, high fructose corn syrup, and modified corn starch. I also choose to stay away from "isolated" protein drinks. The body has a hard time processing most protein drinks because they are often made from "isolated" protein, which causes congestion in the lymphatic system. Many authorities on fitness agree it is a myth that any human being needs the high levels of protein in some of today's body blasting health drinks. Truthfully, some muscle building devotees are now suffering from liver and kidney problems caused by excess protein consumption.
These are just a few of the ingredients I avoid in my constant quest for whole foods and health drinks that are truly good for the body. Check the ingredients in your supplements. I hope you learn as much as I did at the giant health food store. When you are browsing the net, look for whole foods and health drinks at an online health food store.
