Post its are easy to use and no mess glued paper pieces that are widely used as reminders in offices. Important meeting dates or a project deadline that is dearer than life or an urgent call to make to a client, missing these things can hamper the work flow of any employee. Every office functions on numerous machines including computers, calculators, printers etc. Almost anything is possible to be done through these machines and keep every employee ahead in his task. Amidst all the work that goes on in an office there is a need for reminders so that people remember what task they have to perform. There are many ways in which the reminders can be implemented and one of the oldest and most used are the post its.

Post its are small paper pieces that have adhesive on one side because of which these can be stuck on surfaces. Glass, wood or boards these can be put up anywhere. These are available in wide range of colours and sizes and mostly catchy so that they can be spotted easily. A cell phone or computer reminder can be seen and forgotten but the advantage of post its is these will remain still where ever stuck. Important meeting to attend or an important call to make to a client, all can be jotted down on post its and stuck at the desk. The advantage of post its is these are small and handy and can be removed from the surfaces easily. No mess and no fuss, simply scribble or write on these notes and they will serve the purpose. No need to search for the glue sticks or paper pins to keep them intact on the surfaces.

When working in the office, people do not have the time to search for their mobiles or enter a note about the task they need to do in their computer. Instead they prefer noting it down themselves and what better way than post its to do so. Paper sheets and pieces usually get misplaced and so do the important things noted on them, this does not happen in case of post its as they can be stuck anywhere around. Stick them on the monitor screen or the drawer or at a place where there is high visibility. Post its are unique and fun way of not forgetting the important tasks that need to be performed.

Stick on notes, glued paper bits or reminders post its have many names. These are so prominently used in offices currently that there are even dedicated computer softwares that have been made similar to these giving the users a feel as if they are using them. Post its and offices desks and even the computer desktops now are not complete without post its. After all not everything can be memorized and post its make sure that you never miss out the important things.
