Show your personality - clients enjoy feeling like they can relate to you. Win prospects over before they even visit your office, with personalized content and photos. Many people have the notion that they can trust their neighbors, so if you can show prospects that you live right next door you're going to increase that prospect's confidence level by virtue of the fact that you live nearby.

Don't be afraid to include some background information on a biography page. This is just one more way in which your site visitors can understand who you are professionally, as well as personally. Having these simple personal touches on your website will really make your company stand out amongst the run-of-the-mill, stock content sites that some companies use.

Think about the folks you do business with in your daily life. What do they do to stand out in your mind? Are they welcoming? Prompt? Professional? Think of those businessmen/women when building your site, and remember to include your standout qualities. Making a personal connection with the use of good content on your site is going to get you on the right track to stand out over your competition.
