Everyone loves fun but not too many of us have fun when we exercise. Back when the boomers were kids, there were not any digital activities or cyberspace for the general public. Everyone using electronics was wired to an outlet. Phone lines were sometimes 20 feet long just to get around the house a little. One thing however was very common.

Your doorbell rang several times a day from your friends wanting you to come out and play, and you did, sometimes up to ten hours outside. You ran, jumped, climbed and wrestled for hours.
