Energize your Skin – In 5 Easy Steps!

The alarm clock rings and you are ready to jump start another day;you get dressed quickly and rush to work. After a busy day at work, you come home and prepare dinner, pick up the house, help the kids with their homework. And when you finally have a break the only thing you can think about is a good night's sleep. This is how many working women generally spend their day, constantly on the run and never having time to care for their skin.

Here are some tips how you can simplify your routine and energize your skin:

Exercise Daily


No matter how busy your schedule is, take some time out for exercise. Exercise not only keeps your body healthy but it increases blood circulation which keeps your skin healthy as well. Exercise helps to flush out toxins through the sweat glands and keeps the skin clean. The best time to exercise is in the morning as it increases your concentration at work as well.

Have a Relaxing Shower

The best way to wake up and get ready for the day is to have an invigorating shower. Make sure you use lukewarm or cool water because hot water can make your skin dry and cause redness. While you are in the shower, use a scrub to exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells from the skin surface, leaving you feeling fresh and healthy.

Use Double Duty Skin Care Products
