Whether you are working at home or in an office, having the right kind of chair will help you last longer in your work, and if you have an incredibly uncomfortable chair you would not be as productive.

Your chair should be suited for your body. Thus, when choosing a chair, don't just focus on how the chair looks. There are people who wants all the things in their office or in their homes to match each other. Nonetheless, it will not be easy to find a chair that will be perfect for your office. If you find one that is also comfortable, then you are very lucky. Remember, when you choose a chair, before deciding, try sitting on it. It’s not enough that it may feel comfortable for just a few seconds.

It's important that your body will perfectly fit the chair. The backrest should be at least a little higher than your shoulder so it also supports your shoulder when you lean back.
