Overcome MLM Fraud Claims

MLM fraud claims are an intentional deception made for personal gain or to do damage to another individual. Fraud is a crime and is also a civil law violation. Using Fraud to obtain money from people presumabley is the most commone type of fraud, but there are methods by which to recognize fraud advertising so that you don't end up in trouble with Google or anybody else.

To all network marketers who use Google Adwords to market your business, I am going to share with you some things I have recently learned.

I will first start off that much of the information I am sharing with you was communicated to me in a pay per click training class I attend called The Urban Cowgirl. The owner of the company is Cherie Yvette. She is certified in Google Adwords and often meets and talks to many of the engineers at Google, so the information is really straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak. I want to thank Cherie for being so kind in sharing this information because I know many have no idea what is going on and how it could cost you, in money and even black list you from Google. I will do a series on the changes in Google because it is too much information to share at one time.

First let us start off by discussing the topic of Fraudulent claims. As we all know there a many ads on the internet that discuss various products and services. Many of these ads use similar terms and strategies to entice the individuals surfing the internet to respond favorably to an ad.

In this article, you will learn about some tips that will effectively help you to learn about how to screen ads; in particular clues; such as, "buzz words" or techniques that will assist in helping you to recognize some of the common terms within the ads to deceive individuals. For instance, get-rich-quick schemes, weight loss fraud, health fraud, credit repair and loan scams, travel fraud, and product misrepresentation.

Learning to recognize the signs of such fraudulent advertising, you can protect not only your customers, but also you bottom line, your reputation, and lastly, your advertisers with whom you have been conducting business.

On standard evaluation of any ads, here are some tell-tale signs to look for:

Does the offer, promotion, payoff, or benefit sound to good to be true? When you come across such ads that use buzz words and techniques that I will reveal in upcoming articles, be cautions. There is a possibility that you will be capable of recognizing a questionable advertisement with just a quick look, and have an even better chance at being able to stop it before you implement the ad, using whatever advertising vehicle; such as on the air, or in the mail to your customers.

Below are some additional recent updates from Google. Again, thanks to Cherie Yvette, this is what she shares with all of those attending her class at The Urban Cowgirl.

Because of FTC campaigns launched recently, Google has continued to remove specific types of advertising:

It is suggested that you setup a Yahoo and MSN Search Engine Marketing campaign as soon as possible. This is because Yahoo and MSN are far less competitive and less expensive than Google. Focus on ROI and lead generation. Yahoo and MSN's slower click prices will keep ad costs down.

Currently, with the focus on search, and internet, "real estate", it is essential that your website be found at the top of the search engines. This includes not only Google, but also Yahoo and MSN, for the highest number of leads.

Yahoo and MSN do not place much emphasis on the quality of landing pages where as Google does. This will all you to attain better positions and bid prices in search, such as, template driven sales systems.

Google Adwords is still and advertising vehicle that you can use for high quality leads, but moving forward, it is recommended that you follow the recommended marketing search strategies:

1. Create unique landing pages and websites with a compelling offer and lots of great content that is relevant to what you are selling. Be very transparent.

2. Avoid single lead capture pages, promises focused on income or money, and testimonials from yourself or others that could raise skepticism.

3. Focus on expanding your search campaigns from PPC into the organics using free traffic strategies, and duplicate successful campaigns at Yahoo and MSN.

4. Create unique keyword lists outside the industry terms that you know are receiving increased traffic scrutiny from Google. Just focus on creating your own niche markets.

5. If your account is disabled by Google, it is recommended that you call Google directly. Try to solve whatever issue they have with your campaign. Do not try to start another account.

In conclusion, if you are looking to increase your pay per click lead flow without costing you a bundle and risking suspension on Google, Yahoo and MSN are the solution.
