Katy Perry is no doubt, a controversy’s child. Right from her hair color to the latest cover she ‘covered’, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, our very own Perry is headlining almost everywhere. Love her or loathe her, Katy Perry is here to stay and you just cannot do without noticing her.

Be it her unconventional style of dressing or hair-color or the racy lyrics of her newest track, Katy attracts limelight for extreme and due reasons. Like for instance, although the news of her nails weren’t become too stale, the latest update on Katy’s latest hair color has claimed its place.

For sometime now, Perry drew attention of world-paparazzi due to her finger-nails. No, it wasn’t that she broke her little finger-nail, but due to Royal nail-art she sported, that coincided the much-hyped English Royal Wedding. A nail-art fanatic, the ‘alien-victim’ had painted her nails with pictures of the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William and his journey right through his childhood to engagement with now better half, Catherine.

The ‘Firework’ hitmaker has very recently also unveiled her newly-dyed locks. The new color she sports now is that of ‘ginger’, however, she maintains that it’s not going to stay for as long. As a real ‘California Gurl’, blonde was Katy’s natural dye, though she’s kept modifying her locks.

Perry sported electric-blue haircolor for sometime before dying them to a lighter shade of purple. Then passed years of Katy sporting a jet-black shade, which has lately transformed to a strawberrier shade, that Mrs. Brand calls it ‘the ginger hair’. To it, Katy insists that her ultimate goal is to get back to her originally natural shade, strokes of blonde.

Katy Perry also attracted a small-time but due controversy when she performed a cover, during one of her gigs in Melbourne. So, ultimately this time, Katy was all-prepared to poke fun at internet sensation Rebecca Black’s track titled ‘Friday’. And so, she did, Katy performed a mocking cover, which went well with the audience who cheered her all the way.

Later on, Heaven knows what struck the dame that she went on to officially launch a new song named ‘Last Friday Night T.G.I.F (Thank God It’s Friday)’. The music video to this song features the same girl Rebecca Black who was much hurt after learning that the diva made fun of her.
