All of us are responsible for building a psychology of success. Whether we become successful or unsuccessful depends on how willing we are to work hard for it. Success can be in terms of personal power, in relationships, in boosting basic income, financial success and all round happiness.
Personal power
This involves improving on mental strength, job performance, eliminating self criticism, fear, and stress. Working towards believing in you involves three factors, knowledge, responsibility and control. One needs know exactly what they want to achieve as it's difficult to look for improvement if you have no idea what needs to be changed. With knowledge comes responsibility and hence the need to control everything you have the power to control.
Success in relationships.
This revolves around knowing how to get along with your spouse and others. Allows avoid the blame game and try and deal with situations in an understanding manner. Always try to take responsibility in all situations regardless of how aggravated you feel. Get rid of the green eyed monster Jealousy which is the number one relationship killer. Always try and communicate wherever you feel like you are in doubt.
Happiness
One needs to understand that being too serious in life can drive you totally crazy. There is so much joy in creating something new, always try to create activities that you will enjoy and see how good you feel when you eventually attain this. Without new goals comes boredom, remember setting goals requires you to make realistic goals and attaining them will start with baby steps and eventually you will get success. Everyone deserves to be happy but happiness can never be attained without hard work and determination.
Success at work.
If success is to be attained at work professionalism should always be practiced in each and every task carried out. Always try to work with business speed try and incorporate communication, projects and services. When you waste time and start making excuses you miss out on lucrative deals and delay your success. Push yourself to finish projects faster, walk faster, read faster and invest in good habits like eating right, sleeping well and exercise. Avoid de-railers at all costs; people who are stopping you from attaining success are not worth keeping around. Take on challenges accept new orders even if you feel like you have a lot to do and do in a short span of time.
Financial success
It is important to associate yourself with honest ways to get cash. Giving more than is expected to your customers guarantees customer retention. This also ensures you gain a good reputation which in turn adds on to customer loyalty. Rise to the top by working on giving more. Avoid being unfair as people will always get better options elsewhere. Ignore all loses you may go trough in the past as they can be very de-motivating and may hinder success, and try to solidify your wins. Gaining overall success in life involves combining all aspects mentioned in this article. Psychology of success comes only to those who deserve it.
