HATFIELD, PA, April 8, 2014 -- Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI) will feature its full scope of testing and metrology services at the Mid-Atlantic Design-2-Part Show in Secaucus, NJ this week, including materials testing, nondestructive testing, dimensional metrology, welder & procedure qualification and calibration services. LTI will be exhibiting in Booth #344 during the Show, which will be held on Wednesday, April 9th and Thursday, April 10th at the Meadowlands Exposition Center.

Laboratory Testing Inc. services manufacturers and fabricators from a wide-array of industries during product development, product manufacturing or assembly and when products do not meet performance expectations or fail. As an accredited materials testing (Nadcap, A2LA), nondestructive testing (Nadcap) and calibration (A2LA) specialist, Laboratory Testing Inc. provides businesses with required information about material characteristics, composition, defects, corrosion susceptibility and measurement accuracy in Certified Test Reports and Certificates of Calibration. LTI is also certified to ISO/IEC 17025 and complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

LTI’s full-service Metrology Lab performs NIST-traceable dimensional metrology and calibration services. First-article and third-party inspections are performed on machined products and parts with video and contact CMMs and programmable Smartscopes for repeat measurement accuracy. The laboratory provides instrument and on-site calibration services for hand tools, gages, masters, and pressure, force, torque, electrical, temperature, mass and vacuum measuring instrument and other equipment including surface plates, optical comparators, hardness testers and ovens.
