Public speaking is one of the most important ways to expand your business, your profession or your institution. There are an infinite numbers of groups looking for educational and entertaining public speakers. You can become one of them public speakers. And when you win the listeners, they want more to listen. It's a perfect way to create consciousness, gain credibility and make new leads for your business.

This article gives you seven top seven tips to become a great public speaker. They are road-tested and confirmed tools to help you become a great public speaker.

1. It’s all about your audience.

Whatever you do, your aim and focus needs to be 100% on your listeners. Help them, entertain them, tell them, and motivate them.

2. Always play and become winner.

Having something valuable to say that they will want to hear and be able to say it well. Half-way efforts don't add up. Always be ready to beat the ball out of the park.

3. Entertain and inform.

There is abundance of boring public speakers. Use wits, stories and fun to make your presentations shine. They must give them sufficient solid information.

4. Use stories.

Everybody love with stories. It’s okay to sue some that you hear about from others. But if you use them for many times, you will take risk like every other speaker who sues those stories. Use you’re own and you’ll always be unique.

5. Use personal examples to demonstrate your points.

Dig into your life for actual examples to help you to express concepts and illustrate points. People study in different ways and real life examples are great way to help people to understand and memorize your points.

6. Get them involved.

We had forgotten the lectures of high school and college. People don't like to be talk about that. You can ask questions and expect for answers. Then use those answers as additional points if valid. Make it a two-way exchange of knowledge and you will connect with more people.

7. Show them dreams.

We are all seeking for something greater. People enjoy great public speakers because they show them dreams. They help listeners to see better dreams. Do that and you will win new friends for life?
