Another fun decision to make relates to the selection of the music in a wedding.   In this phase of wedding preparation the couple can go two directions.   The first direction that the wedding couple can go is with the hiring of a band.   This usually entails a wedding singer and their band singing popular songs in their own style.   For the couple who is fortunate enough to find a band of high quality during this phase of wedding preparation they have the chance to have a unique and unpredictable wedding.   If you are uncomfortable with the thought of a group crooning out classics, not to mention the threat of a live mike, then the wedding DJ may be the direction for you.   There are many high quality DJ’s available in every area that specialize in a wide variety of music allowing your reception to be tailored to your choices with the option of music selection.  This phase of wedding preparation is often fun since you have the chance to meld the musical tastes of the wedding couple into one mix, very poetic.
