For example, the impression that a home gear shop wants to give is one of comfort and ease while an antiques store should give an imaginative and sophisticated appeal.

For that, it is important that each of these types of furnishing business uses different type of furniture logo designs.

If you are selling antique furnishing:

For antique furnishing monograms, the overall feel of your brand mark should be imaginative and surreal. For that you can use colors like maroon and rust to make your design eye catching and attractive. For fonts, try to use a scripted or curvy type face so that it enhances the imaginative touch. For images or symbols you can use Celtic designs or an illustration of an antique trunk that is delicately carved.

That means that you should use thin and straight fonts for the company name so that they depict formality and skill. You can use images of a simple and straight cut chair or a silhouette of a file cabinet. Make sure that the background you use for your monogram is light colored or white.

If you are selling home furnishing, then the overall feel of the furniture logos should be friendly and comfortable. For that, you can use illustrations of a rocking chair or a fluffy couch with your company name. Here, you can use light brown as a prominent color for your emblem as it will enhance the comfortable feel that you want to give. Use fonts that are thick and straight with soft edges so that they look relaxed and happy.
