as soon as you've chosen to adhere to an MLM company, you've got to be convinced, firstly, that Multi Level Marketing is your thing, and in the second place, that you select the best MLM company.
If you are the connection-developing category of character, and one who would eagerly turn down the security of an 8 hour/day job and of a constant income, only to be able to set up your own schedule and pay (with the correct efforts and skills, naturally), then an MLM prospect would perhaps suit you well.
The best MLM business? In my view, there is no such thing. But there is such thing as a organization that would support you in order to make the most of your efforts, and this is the kind of company you should be seeking for. There are some of them, so if anybody gives you the "MY company is the only one" talk, don't let yourself enticed by it.
There are things your success depends on that are just related to the MLM organization you decide on. Let's have a quick look over these and over the aspects you should ask yourself before signing up for any MLM organization.
First of all, the product: is there demand for that product? Could it have millions of prospective buyers? Does it present value in exchange for that price? Is it too high-priced? (People wouldn't buy costly cosmetic products in times of economical crisis). Is it consumable? (This means recurring purchases from customers). And, above all, does it have a monthly auto-ship program to make it work? All network marketing companies that are truthful and authorized will have some kind of monthly product ship and or membership plan.
I would name the compensation plan in the second place, even if some individuals may even consider it as holding the first place when choosing an MLM organization. Can you understand it? What are the conditions for you to get paid? Is it worth it for you? (Bear in mind that you need roughly the same effort to market a $10 product as it does a $500 product). Do you have retail commissions? Does it incorporate residual income? Do you receive benefits for signing up new members? What about the override profits on your team's sales? If you hate risks, then it's possible that you favor the Get-Paid-Today standard (direct pay at the moment of sale).
Then, and only afterward, make certain you take into account the company itself: Does the organization have good leaders at the top managing it, with MLM accomplishment experience in the past? The product should be something that is unique and, even better, that has no competition. If it is not unique, it should be better than the others. I also think that if you consider getting involved with a "me too" product, one that is not unique, then you should only get involved if the business has at least 3 years of market experience. If it does, then it should have shown some progress already; go ask good old Google, for example - what does the internet know about it?
A worthy retention rate (over 50 %) is something to be concerned about, and even a low beginning rate is good to have, but most weighty of all, you need to investigate your future support system. In the absence of it, you'll be making no money, no matter how reliable the company, the product and the compensation plan are. Does your upline in the company assist you, do they respond to your questions punctually and efficiently? Can they teach you internet network marketing skills? Can they help you make your own website and, most importantly, drive traffic to it? Can they instruct you how to use online social networks to advertise your products? Contacting your family and friends isn't going to be sufficient to support your organization long-term, you need the power of the internet to connect with people all over the country and around the globe in order to put together a solid, ongoing team. A good internet marketing strategy can empower you to arrive at a 3 or 4 figure income within months. If you haven't encountered a skilled leader, you'd better search for one, as irrespective of the MLM company you choose, the training you have and the system you use are crucial. And they depend on you, not on your company.
