Anderson & Anderson presents its On-Demand Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management Assessment Program. Potential Anger Management clients, as well as Corporations and HR Departments, can now benefit from the use of this individualized assessment. Since the moment of its inception, the Anderson & Anderson Anger Management program has included the use of a pre and post-assessment to determine 1.) whether or not the client will benefit from his or her participation, and 2.) his/her level of functioning in five distinct areas prior to, and after, participation. The assessment is essential to the success of intervention, and, therefore, cannot be omitted from the process.
Potential clients can visit the Anderson & Anderson headquarters in Los Angeles (Brentwood) and complete the comprehensive assessment in its computerized format or its paper format. Anderson & Anderson staff members are on site ready to help clients if they have any questions or need assistance. The assessment is readily available in its paper format for Human Resources Managers to administer to staff at large and small corporations. The Emotional Intelligence/Anger Management Assessment includes scales that measure the following five areas of functioning: 1.) Anger Management, 2.) Stress Management, 3.) Communication Skills,
