Reddit is a social news site that allows people to submit and share news with other users on the internet. Reddit is own and managed by Conde Nast Digital. The Reddit voting system consists of an up and down arrow.
Users can comment on the submitted content. They can also share the content by sending it to another person. To share the content, you must click on the share link under the post. In the send this link to, enter the email address of your friends. In the your name field, enter your name. In the your email field, enter your email address. In the message field, type in a message which you want to say to the person. Finally, you must type the letters that is displayed in the Captcha code. When you are done, you should click on the share button.
If you want to use Reddit, you must register for a new account. To register for an account, you simply click on the join now on the top right corner of the page. You will be required to enter a username and password. The registration process at Reddit is fast and straightforward. The email field is optional so you don’t need to enter an email address to start social bookmarking at Reddit.
Once you have created an account, you can start to submit your URLs to Reddit. To submit a URL, go to the homepage and click on the Submit a link button. In the submission page, you will be prompted to fill in the title, and URL. First, you should enter the full URL of the page you want to submit for example, http://www.domain.com/abcd.html. The title should be interesting so that it will attract the user to click on the URL. Clicking on the suggest title button will retrieve the title of the page on your site. In the reddit field, you must enter a category. The categories which you can use include programming, politics, gaming, funny, reddit.com and etc. Finally, you must enter the Captcha code.

describe the content on the page. You should never use the
If you want to submit another URL, you will have to wait for 9 minutes. Reddit implement this delayed system to prevent user from submitting too many URL in a short time. Initially, Reddit allowed its user to submit as many URLs as they want. Due to the overwhelming spam, Reddit decided to put a limit to the number of URLs which they can submit. Though Reddit allows you to post a different URL every 10 minutes, you should not take advantage by keep submitting the URLs. If you submit too many URLs, the moderator will notice you and banned your account. In severe case, Reddit will ban your IP address so that you can no longer access the site.
