The Weber Summit 450 is a unique grill that offers that a genuine charcoal flavor without the hassle, dirty hands and cleanup of charcoal. Having four burners, the 450 allows for ideal cooking temps without compromising that rich moist flavor.
How does it do it? The 450 has patented Flavorizer bars that use the drippings from the food to create smoke that flavors the food even further. These bars sit above each of the burners so that this smoking occurs as the food is cooking. This smokey rich flavor is what keeps the neighbors talking about the food about that is cooked over at your house on the 450 grill. With four individual burner controls featuring well crafted precision control, you can feel comfortable cooking several different types of meat or sides at once, knowing that each will be cooked to perfection.
In addition to the burners in the main cooking area, the 450 has a side burner that is exposed by lifting a panel. This side burner is tailor made for cooking up your corn, potatoes or your favorite bean side dish. That way, you won't have to be tromping in and out of the house while your significant other gives you dirty looks and your guests wonder where you've wondered off to. Best part about the side panel? You can hide it if you aren't using it with handy little trap door that closes right over the top.
If you have a taste for something a little different, the included rotisserie can roast a chicken evenly while keeping the meat tender and moist. You could even roast your Thanksgiving turkey on the grill with the powerful 110 volt motor that rotates the meat evenly. The rotisserie just gives me yet another excuse to cook outside as much as can, for as long as I can. Heck, I even cooked an 15 pound Thanksgiving turkey on there. If you like smoked meats or salmon, the Weber 450 has you covered there as well with it's built in smoker.
The sturdy construction is quality throughout and the ignition system is top notch. As most people who use grills know, the ignition system is one of the first things to fail, but that is not the case here. Many who have bought this grill are reporting that it's working as well as the first time they used it. Additionally, it works well in colder weather where cheaper grills fail. If you ever do have a problem, the unit has extensive warranty coverage between 5 and 25 years depending on the part in question.
The brushed stainless steel finish only adds to the overall quality. The brushed finish(not high shine) steel hides scratches and other signs of wear and tear. Your grill will not only perform great, but will look great for years to come.
If you enjoy cooking quality food and want to extend your outdoor grilling beyond hot dogs and hamburgers, then the Weber Summit 450 is an ideal choice. With a grill like this, being the king grill master of the neighborhood and talk of the block party is just around the corner.
