Social media and networking websites are buzzing for promoting business or blog or for gaining more visitors etc. every one is talking about tips on to promote on Face book or Twitter or Stumble Upon and many more

Social media are the best medium for increasing traffic towards websites. For that you need to prepare unique and killing content for your blog or your website for diverting traffic. . In spite of sharing tips on single social media website, today I am going to illustrate how to use popular social media website for increasing traffic.

Let’s start Socializing with me!

Twitter -

1)Create Your business profile with customization i.e. add your own logo, back ground image of your website and one important thing choose your business name as url like – http://www.twitter.com/xtend2india

2)Follow peoples who are into your niche (i.e. web design, web development). Follow back who is following you and send all your followers to welcome message (you can use it through by scheduling Automated Messages like from Social oomph.

3)Update your twitter status frequently with article of blog or what you like within just 140 characters. You can update your twitter status automatically by just using Twitter Feed, after signing up twitter feed you can take breath peacefully with out taking tension of status update. Your twitter status will automatically update while your blog will update. You can retweet posts or articles which is you like. While updating status don’t forget to Hash (#) for gaining your tweet on top in Twitter Search.

4)Now start promoting your twitter by submitting twitter profiles into twitter directories like wefollow.com, tweetfind.com. Search for question on topics which you like and give answers of that for promoting your self as expert.

5)You can track on topics which you like as Google Alters. You can also set up Twitter Alerts by using Twitter Beep.

Face book –

1)Create Face book account and customize it as your business needs. i.e. add your business logo and set your business name as vanity URL, same as twitter. Add friends and groups of your niche.

2)Create Face book page of your business and customize it by adding your business logo, website URL and about your business. And invite friends to become friends of your business fan page.  

3)Now you can start promotion of your face book account by updating your face book status. You can update Face book status automatically by using Twitter Application. You can share links, video of website into your Face book profile.  

4)You can promote your blog with using importing your blog through Notes Application, whenever you update blog, note will shared to profile. You can also promote your blog through Networked blog Application. In that you need to add your blog into network blog.

5)By commenting and staying active in you can increase traffic and gaining brand visibility of your business.

Stumble upon –

1)Set up a  Stumble upon account and customize it as your business needs. i.e. add your business logo and set your user name as business name Add friends and groups of your niche.

2)Write review of some blogs and web pages in your niche. Now start promoting your business in stumble upon. Share your links with friends and see magic.
