Donations are probably the most excellent way to hold up the downtrodden for that the nonprofit organization needs to be well-organized as well as caring about the society. Ngos are supported or run by a group of people who come collectively with a purpose, more like volunteers than employees. Now-a-days there are no. of non profit organizations are coming forward for doing social service and for developing the nation. Social service can be done with the help of donations given these ngos for proper functioning of society development projects that are undertaken by these social service organizations so that they could pay the workers who are been hired for that society development projects. These non profit earnings are retained by the organization for its future prerequisite of programs and services to people who are in need like natural calamity victims, eradicating the alliteration of children, community development, natural resource management, tribal development, environmental protection and many more. All these can be done only through donations which are given to these non profit organizations.

Some of the great foundations like Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The Red Cross Society, UNICEF, UNESCO, Better Business Bureau and CRY had become inspiration for non profit organizations coming in the future. These ngos are gaining great donors due to their successful completion of social service missions, dedication, loyalty and well organized volunteers. The objective of fundraisers varies depending on a non profit organizations interests and the strategies that are been followed by them. It is compulsory for the non profit organizations to utilize their profits, since all these operating expenses are to serve in the public interest. At times we need to organize some programs which will help in raising the funds through which awareness regarding particular non profit organizations can be brought and their successful social service projects can be kept in front of the donors so that fund raising couldn’t become a big deal.

  Non-profit charities are chief in need of financial donations, but they also usually need manpower. Many donators and the general public often believes that the larger an charitable organization, the more consistent and monetarily responsible. For these non profit organizations needs a perfect strategy has to be followed by these ngos for managing both fund raising programs and the volunteers who can participate in social development programs. If proper care is been taken by these non profit organizations then gaining volunteers and fundraising will become easy which will be helpful for the downtrodden people.
