What is there not to like about the gorgeous location of Naples, Florida? Exquisite restaurants, enjoyable boating, world class golfing and unique shopping is characteristic of Naples. However, sometimes it can be daunting to make the transition of moving into a new community. Well, now it might not be. With Quail West, an unmatched gated community, moving might not need any swaying. The gorgeous member-owned, debt-free, private golf and residential community is complete with villas or single-family homes. Ranging from many price levels, the luxurious environment is home to two championship golf courses, designed and created by Arthur Hills. Both the Preserve Course and the Lakes course are eighteen holes and yield a new and unique experience for the golfer.
The Quail West clubhouse is home to a full-service spa, beauty salon and a relaxing, lagoon-style pool. In addition, the 70,000 square foot property provides a fitness center with available trainers and eight tennis courts, complete with red clay and night lights. Accommodations for delicious cuisine is key in a neighborhood. Quail West offers Wine Grotto and the 19th Hole Sunset Bar, a fancy meal in the Mahogany Room or casual dining at the Cypress Grille. Need more? Access to the beach is allowed through The Club at Barefoot Beach, as well as the opportunity to dine at the Club's restaurants.
The owners of Levitan Realtors are golfers themselves and have lived in Florida full-time since 1992. They are dedicated and immersed in the Naples real estate market. The Naples and Bonita Springs area is a phenomenal and genuine area to live.
The realtors host open houses and visits into the six hundred and eighty eight sites for single-family homes and villas. The brick paved roads contain homes of all different design and style, surely there is something for everyone. As mentioned previously, homes can range from relatively inexpensive to luxurious and pricey. However, buyers will certainly be pleased with any home they decide to acquire. Compared to other Naples communities, Quail West offers estates that are planted on massive lots. Properties begin at a half acre and can be much more than an acre in size, depending on the price.
Location should very well be an important deciding factor for a new home, which is why Quail West is unique in this way. Only one mile south of Bonita Beach Road, the private community is east of I75. In between busy downtown Naples and the Southwest International Airport, family and friends will be happy with the commute when visiting. Furthermore, entertainment such as the Mercato shops, the Coconut Point Mall, the Waterside Shoppes and the Gulf Coast Town Centre Mall, are nearby. If a special event is planned, a Grand Ballroom holds seating of up to three hundred guests and is available to residents when reserved.
Ever wanted to live in a close-knit community that is still diverse and has variety? Luckily, Naples is home to tropical weather that comes straight from the Gulf of Mexico.
