Resolving “Record is deleted” Access error

“Record is deleted.”

First and foremost way out is that you can use a last, valid, and proper Access file backup to restore your valuable data.

However, just in case you do not have a proper and valid Access file backup with you then we would suggest you to use the Compact and Repair to repair the Access database files.

In order to repair Access database files using the Compact and Repair, you need to perform the following steps:

1.Click Tools - Database Utilities - Compact and Repair Database.
2.In the Database to Compact From dialog box, find and then click the database which is generating the error messages.
3.Click the Compact button.
4.In the Compact Database Into dialog box, select the location for the new file, type a new name for the file.
5.Click the Save button.

By performing the aforementioned steps, you should be able to repair the damaged and corrupt Access database files; however, there is one loop hole if using this method which is as follows:
