What is technical support? when you made and sale consumer products for people like electronics goods, computer everything that people needed, then it is initial to give service to their customer. Because you better know of your made product. whenever customer get any kind of problem retailed to produce, you have to give service. Now the question is that what kind of service? like the uses of computer widely by most of people, but they do not know how to repair and how to maintenance it. In that case you have to provide them to tech help to resolve their issues and problems.
Many companies provides tech support through online, e-mails, by telephonic, Fax even manually. Big organization provide the technical support to their customer 24x7x365, means not time limit. Let's talk something about HP (Hewlett-Packard) company. It is big organization and provide computer technical help support world wide. They have own their tech support departments or call centers in various countries. They have very experience staff, any time ready to assist solve any kind of customer query.
