Travelling to France from the U.K.; by air

There is a very good choice of options when flying to France from Britain. The regions of France have airports placed throughout (there are roughly 200 airports available for civil use).
The carriers, both low cost and more expensive, have regular flights.
Rural France is more accessible than ever before.

An interesting example of Venetian-Byzantine house dating from the thirteenth century, is Ca' da Mosto, which was the home of the family of the Da Mosto, famous Venetian navigators. From the sixteenth to the eighteenth century, the building housed the Albergo del Leon Bianco, then the most popular among the hotels in Venice. This is one of the oldest palaces in Venice, in the Cannaregio district, overlooking the Grand Canal, not far from the Rialto Bridge.... [Read the full story]

Cattolica: past, present and legends

Mar 12, 2010 - 4:17:03 AM
