So you have been chosen to be the best man, congratulations! One of the down falls of being a best man is making the speech; it's not as easy as people make it look. If it's not done right you might just end up saying useless stuff. Perform your speech in front of some close friends and family to get the feel if it, try changing your expressions as well as tone of voice for the most impact.

Don't try to wing this, prepare in advance. If you plan your speech in advance you will be less likely to slip up.
