OTTAWA, ON - NorthStar Utilities Solutions, a division of Harris Computer Systems, announces today the next generation of our Meter Data Management Solution, MeterSense 2.0. MeterSense is a comprehensive MDMS providing utilities working to implement smart-grid AMI solutions the advantages of interpreting billing and operational meter data from a "business process" perspective. MeterSense drives distribution efficiencies from AMI data through voltage and power quality monitoring, end of line load balancing, and peak demand reduction.
