The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple is expected to be available in America from Q3 2007. The Sony Ericsson Z750 is a clamshell smartphone aimed at the North American market. The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple was Sony Ericsson first 3G tri-band HSDPA phone and comes in two colours Rose Pink and Phantom Grey. The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple is an attractive phone with a stylish glossy finish. The nifty exterior 36×128 pixel display panel is nicely hidden behind the Z750’s shiny exterior and only reveals itself until a call or text comes in.

Underneath, The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple takes Memory Stick Micro cards with a maximum capacity of 2GB and 128MB is included in standard configurations. Besides, external display screen, the Sony Ericsson Z750’s Purple internal display (primary display) is a 2.2 inches with 240×320 pixels in 263K colours. AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple comes with 2.0 Megapixel digital Camera and a secondary camera for video calling.

Although AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple has a very attractive and fashionable outside, the interior design and features also can be considered good. Inside there’s a lot of smart features, like push e-mail with Exchange ActiveSync enabled, live scrolling RSS feeds. The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple also features multimedia functionalities such as media player, built-in FM radio and 3-D gaming. The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple built in FM radio comes together with RDS, which enables readouts of which song, station is playing is really fantastic.

In areas where 3G network access is not available, you'll continue to receive service on the AT&T EDGE network, which offers availability in more than 13,000 US cities and along some 40,000 miles of major highways. Providing average data speeds between 75-135Kbps, it’s fast enough to support a wide range of advanced data services, including high-speed color Internet access and email on the go. You’ll also enjoy quad-band GSM connectivity, which allows you to make calls in more than 190 countries and access data applications in the more than 135 countries where AT&T offers international data roaming.

With 3G connectivity, you’ll be able to access AT and T's Cellular Video (CV) service and the Internet while on the go. Cellular Video features content from CNN, The Weather Channel, i-Film, Comedy Central and exclusive premium content from HBO and much more. It also features AT&T Mobile Music, which provides access to Napster and e-Music subscription services as well as Music ID song-recognition software, music videos and The Buzz music news portal. The handset is XM Radio Mobile-capable, so you can enjoy streaming live digital radio as well. An AT and T Media Max subscription bundle is recommended for accessing AT and T's Internet, video, and music service.

The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple handset comes bundled with several software’s includes an email client, RSS news reader, web browser, MP3 player and a selection of other multimedia applications and personal information management took. The AT and T Sony Ericsson Z750 Purple is also Sony Ericsson’s first phone that supports the latest Java standard for mobile devices JSR 248, originally released in December 2006. The Sony Ericsson Z750 has tri-band UMTS supporting the 850, 1900 and 2100 MHz frequencies. It also has quad band (850, 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz) GSM, GPRS and EDGE data, plus HSDPA 3G broadband which can potentially reach download speeds of several megabits per second.
